With four decades of experience in the areas of Escrow, Title, Mortgage Lending, and Private Loan Servicing, including Title, Escrow and Systems Administration, Operations Manager and Compliance Officer for same, Vickie Crestani is an expert in her field and has overseen escrow, title and corporate operations in, Southern California. Arizona and Texas in addition to maintaining her role as Commercial & Residential Escrow Officer, 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary, Escrow & Title Support Manager, Trainer, County Escrow Manager, Trust Accounting Manager and Corporate Escrow Administrator. Currently Ms. Crestani is the Sr. Escrow Officer and Manager at Corinthian Title Company’s Carlsbad, California branch.

In addition to an extensive working knowledge of Commercial and Residential escrow transactions, Ms. Crestani has specialized in multi-family housing acquisitions and financing and affordable housing projects through acquisition, construction lending w/government and bank nontaxable and table loans, bond trustees and tax credit investors to permanent financing conversions.
